This variety was first grown in New York City in the late 17th Century. It is very cold hardy and has excellent storing qualities. This apple is self-pollinating and will provide pollen for any other mid to late season blooming apple.

Plant in a location that gets at least a half day of full sunlight. Regular spraying to control
pests & disease is recommended. (For specific spray applications see product label)
