Compost by the Yard

Compost by the Yard/Bulk Compost - $79 / per cubic yard*

Our bulk compost is derived from all natural, old bark mulch and composted leaves.

Compost by the yard is available for both pick up (in-store) and delivery.  You can schedule a delivery of compost either in person or by phone.  

*Please note:  The prices for our bulk mulch & compost have increased this year due to increased shipping costs and fuel surcharges.  

Compost Pick Up:

If you wish to purchase compost in-store you must first pay for your compost at our check out.  There is a strict one cubic yard minimum for compost pick up.

After you have paid you can head to our mulch/compost bin area to be loaded with your compost. The minimum for compost pick up is one cubic yard.  The maximum amount of compost you can pick up will depend on the vehicle you are picking up in.  If you are not sure how much compost your truck can hold, please see one of our staff members in our check out for assistance.

To schedule a compost delivery in-person:

Please see one of our check-out staff members to pay for your compost and schedule your delivery.  Available delivery times & days will depend on staff availability, product availability, and also how many appointments are already booked.  It is always recommended to plan as far ahead as possible for your compost delivery, especially in our peak busy season.

To schedule a compost delivery by phone:

Please call our main line at 508-693-3511 to place an order for compost delivery.  Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card.  One of our checkout staff will then let you know our current delivery availability and schedule your delivery.

Minimum and Maximum Yards for Compost Delivery:

The minimum amount for a delivery of mulch is 3 cubic yards, the maximum amount of compost our delivery truck can hold is 8 cubic yards.
