For everyone's safety we are asking all shoppers to wear masks and gloves while shopping.
Please follow the one-way shopping path in order to help keep a safe, minimum 6ft. distance from fellow shoppers.
To prevent crowded shopping areas and also help everyone maintain a minimum of 6ft from fellow shoppers, please limit the number of people you are shopping with.
For the safety of our staff some areas of our nursery are currently closed to shoppers and are open to staff only. Please remain out of these areas. If you need something from an area marked 'Staff Only' a staff member will come and assist you.
We are currently only using our outdoor check-out stations. They are located on either side of our main check-out building. If a line forms, please adhere to the marked distancing lines.
We are still offering curbside to customers who do not wish to shop in-store at this time. We have a designated curbside pick-up area in our parking lot. Please do not use these spots unless you have a pick-up appointment.
Most of our more popular spring products have been added to our online shop, however we are still in the process of updating and adding new products. Let us know if you don't see what you are looking for.
We have opened up our parking lot for appointment only pick-ups. Please read through our pick-up policies before requesting an appointment for a product pick-up.
If you would like to place an order after hours you can place one through our online shop or leave a message with your order on our Retail Order Line.
Now that we are open for in-store shopping and also offering curbside pick up we are no longer offering free delivery.
Once your order has been placed, confirmed, and paid for if you request to pick up your order you will be give a day and time when you can pick up your items in our parking lot. Pick-up appoints are usually scheduled no more than 24 hours after placing your order.
We ask that all drivers and any passengers are wearing masks at all time while on property and picking up product.
When we schedule your pick-up you will be given a time slot and assigned a parking spot number. Please use our main entrance (on Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Road) to enter the parking lot. Once you enter you will see that spots 1-4 are to the left and spots 5-8 are to your right. Your order will be waiting for you on a pallet in your assigned spot. Please check your order before leaving, if there are any issues with your order please let us know before you leave the parking lot. Any problems or issues with orders need to be resolved before you leave as we are not accepting any returns at this time. When leaving, please exit the parking lot via our side gate onto Country Road.
We are happy to be of assistance to those customers who may not be able to load their car. Please just let us know when your pick-up is scheduled that you would like one of our staff members to load your car for you. We just ask that you remain in your car while we load it for you.
If it is after our regular business hours and you would like to place an order to be picked up you can leave a message on our retail order line and we will contact you the following morning to confirm your order and arrange for pick-up.
